Between July and August, ESGM successfully conducted Movement Building 101, bringing together four cohorts: Gay and Bisexual Men; Lesbian and Bisexual Persons; Transgender and Intersex Persons; and LGBTI Allies.
Participants strengthened their understanding of human rights and LGBTI rights, self-advocacy, safe and effective social media engagement, and the power of collective action.
By bringing together different voices and experiences, Movement Building 101 contributed to building a stronger, more informed, and connected movement ready to challenge discrimination and advocate for equality, dignity, and justice in Eswatini.
